Potsdam, January 13, 2026: “We are delighted to have Madeleine Roßberg-Schwarz, an experienced manager, join NOTUS energy,” says Heiner Röger, founder and owner of NOTUS energy. Madeleine Roßberg-Schwarz most recently served as program director at Deutsche Bahn AG. Prior to that, she served as COO and CFO of the startup Cyoss, among other roles, and was an officer in the German Armed Forces. “As a manager with a wealth of experience in companies and organizations within critical infrastructure, Madeleine Roßberg-Schwarz understands the social and political challenges that energy companies also face,” says NOTUS energy founder Heiner Röger as he introduces the new managing director.
As an independent power generator and project initiator, NOTUS energy has grown significantly in recent years both nationally and internationally and has tapped into new business areas. In light of the current challenges in the energy market, Roßberg-Schwarz sees her main task as future-proofing the company’s structures and consolidating its business divisions.
At the same time, NOTUS energy will focus even more strongly on sectors with particularly high growth potential. “The German market is too small for a company like NOTUS energy,” says Roßberg-Schwarz. “We will therefore continue to expand internationally. At the same time, we are focusing on new business areas such as data centers and storage solutions.”
