First NOTUS wind farm
continues to turn
In February 2003, the first NOTUS wind farm with 11 Vestas V80 wind turbines of 2 MW each went into operation.
According to the type test, the operating license expires after 20 years of operation, which would have been the case in February of this year. An extension of this permit is only possible by means of a continued operation report.
Our wind turbines in the Waldow wind farm have faced up to the experts. The calculations and inspections showed that all wind turbines may be operated for another 10 years.
