102.6 MW Wind Farm in Kosovo starts feeding Electricity into the Grid

About 40 kilometers northeast of the capital Pristina, NOTUS energy has completed Kosovo's largest wind farm.

The 27 wind turbines of type GE 3.8 - 137 (hub height 110 meters) have an output of 102.6 MW.

A special challenge was the transport and erection of the turbines at an altitude of up to 1,800 meters.

At the site near the village of Bajgora, a transformer substation with a capacity of 120 MW was construction to convert the wind farm's electricity to 110 kV. The substation is located at an altitude of 1,500 meters.
