NOTUS energy GmbH, headquartered in Potsdam, and all companies affiliated with it pursuant to Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) (hereinafter “NOTUS”) are committed to high standards in the areas of ethics and integrity, data privacy and data security, human rights, labor and working conditions, health and safety, environmental stewardship, non-discrimination, equal opportunity, and supply chain transparency (“Principles of Conduct”). NOTUS expects its suppliers to be equally committed to these responsible and sustainable business practices.

This Supplier Code of Conduct defines Principles of Conduct to which suppliers commit to adhere and by which everyone working within the Suppliers’ companies is expected to guide their actions.
